Terms of sale

These terms apply to hardware bought directly from Linebridge Supply through this site. Orders placed through our Amazon listing are governed by Amazon's terms instead.

Who we are

Linebridge Supply is an independent reseller of telecommunications hardware, based in South Carolina. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized service provider for Axacore, Constellation Technology Solutions Inc., or any cloud fax provider.

What we sell

We sell hardware. We do not sell, provide, or resell cloud fax service. The FaxBridge FXB21 requires an active subscription with a compatible cloud fax provider in order to send or receive, and obtaining that subscription is the buyer's responsibility.

We have confirmed with the manufacturer that units from our inventory can be provisioned for service. We will help with provisioning questions where we can, but we do not control the provider's systems and cannot guarantee any particular provider will accept a given device.

Orders and pricing

An order is accepted when we confirm it and ship. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full, for example if stock runs out or if we cannot ship to the address given. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping and returns

See our shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms. We ship within the United States only.

Condition and warranty

Units are sold new in the original box with the accessories listed on the product page. We are not the manufacturer and we do not offer our own warranty beyond the return rights described on the shipping and returns page. Any manufacturer warranty is a matter between you and the manufacturer, and we make no representation that one applies to units bought through us.

If a unit is dead on arrival or cannot be provisioned, contact us and we will replace or refund it, including shipping both ways.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, missed faxes, or costs arising from a cancelled telephone line. Please confirm your replacement faxing arrangement is working before disconnecting anything.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Trademarks

Axacore and FaxBridge are trademarks of Constellation Technology Solutions Inc. Other marks belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we sell.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
